Pre-natal exercise is proven to strengthen and prepare the body for the journey ahead, relieve stress and help lower blood pressure. Preparing your body prior to birth will aid your recovery after.

A carefully planned post-natal exercise programme is invaluable and will accelerate your return to full strength. Not only will exercising strengthen your pelvic floor and condition your abdominals, firming up your body you will benefit from raised energy levels and a sense of wellbeing.

Pre-natal exercise is available only after a full health assessment. Post-natal exercise is available no less than six weeks after giving birth or when told it is safe to do so from your midwife.
