Service Description
This Pilates led class focuses on the abdominal muscles, glutes, spinal strength and all round core, designed to strengthen and tone core muscles and condition the whole body. The class will also include a stretching programme at the end to develop your flexibility and mobility. A welcoming atmosphere, where all fitness levels are welcome. I encourage everyone to really enjoy fitness, with no pressure. This Class is weekly on Tuesdays at 6pm.
