Service Description

One to one training, support and guidance adapted to your journey through pregnancy. This is a safe environment where you can train at ease with no pressure. Exercise is very important during pregnancy to help protect the pelvic floor, aid a safe and fast delivery and to help with muscle strength and recovery for after the baby is born. It has been proven that women that workout during pregnancy recover quicker and are healthier throughout. This is all done in a private gym and is very personal to your needs. Off peak 9am to 4:30 PM Peak:4:30PM to 8:30PM see prices. Book a block of 10 for a 10 percent discounted price.
