About Me
Hi, I’m Nicola, founder of NWFit.
I specialise in helping women over 35 build strength, regain confidence and feel more like themselves again; through realistic, supportive online coaching that fits around everyday life.
I know first-hand how much changes as we move through our 30s and beyond. Hormones shift, energy dips, time becomes limited, and what used to work… simply doesn’t anymore. That’s where my approach is different.
I’m a CIMSPA-certified Personal Trainer, Level 4 Pilates instructor and qualified Massage Therapist, with specialist experience in women’s health, menopause support, rehabilitation and sustainable lifestyle change. This allows me to coach you in a way that works with your body—not against it.
As a mum of two, I understand the juggle. Work, family, responsibilities; it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list. My coaching is built to change that, without adding pressure or unrealistic expectations.
